Things to know before coming in for your appointment…

It’s been a tough run for us all, but happily we now head towards a more positive long term direction for Melbourne.

From 12am 22 October 2021, CTx2DN will be permitted to open for fully vaccinated guests only.

Please do not come in if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19; call or email notify of your situation as soon as possible.

Please do not attend if you are under active instructions to isolate.

All guests are required to QR register upon arrival and provide proof of their full vaccination status.

Please arrive on time only (no earlier, no later) to avoid client crossover potential.

Please arrive alone; the treatment space can only accommodate 2 people in line with spatial and health requirements.

Please bring your own drink bottle, comfort blanket/support cushion if need.

Hands must be sanitised or washed upon entry.

Please arrive wearing your mask (unless medically exempted) - arrangements for it to be removed will be done once settled in for treatment.

If you are unable to meet the conditions of treatment at this time, please make contact to re-schedule your visit.

IMPORTANT LOCATION INFORMATION:

For guests booked into the Airport West studio and advised of service disruptions - a temporary treatment space has been arranged within the rooms at:

Lux Brows and Lashes - Ground Floor, 6 English Street, Essendon Fields VIC 3041

This is the building entrance with the Commonwealth Bank logo on the post signage and a huge number 6 above the steps; you won't see the Lux branding until you've passed through both sets of automatic doors.
Once you have turned left at the lifts, towards the salon, please call me so that I can come out to meet you. Please take a moment to scan the QR code at the Lux main doors as you await my arrival to show.

Please allow yourself time to seek parking in the area. There are limited 2 hour free street parking spots as well as paid areas. Unlimited on weekends. The LaManna and Coles supermarket complex are in the next block over.

Treatment payment conditions - please note:

Payment types accepted: cash, credit/debit, instant transfer. Full payment is required on the day of the Initial Consultation Procedure appointment. No further payment is required on the Perfecting Session 6-8 weeks later (if applicable). From 01 July, 2021 all credit/debit card payments (swiped or tapped) will incur a 1.9%** Credit Card Recovery Surcharge. Eg a $550 service will be put through as $560.65 in order to recoup the credit card company fee amount. **2.2% for manually entered transactions.
